**What do you like best about 8am?**

I like how classic but professional the platform turns out to be, you can communicate with customers easily through a chat, add documents for certain verifications as well as customize the letters and above all set up the calendar to be aware of certain appointments or conferences you have pending.

**What do you dislike about 8am?**

The bad thing about this program are the few features it has, it is a fairly simple program and which has not been updated for a long time.

**Recommendations to others considering 8am:**

It is a forgotten but useful software and you can try it with their temporary free plan system.

**What problems is 8am solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As basic as it may seem it has helped me to keep up with appointments and work responsibilities thanks to its programmable calendar, I can add many events and tasks to perform, it has no limit, the support is good too, they assist you in every possible way.

8am is a smaller contact management tool, so the customer support is top notch.

**What do you dislike about 8am?**

Being a smaller resource, it doesn't have the protocol in place yet to be everything I need.

**What problems is 8am solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contact management, realized they provide more than just a service and they consult.
