In addition, thanks to the simplicity of its design, the internal processing times of the program are quite efficient, allowing large volumes of information to be handled in short periods of time, thus resulting in a rather enviable performance. The structure of the reports is quite complete and well thought out, offering valuable information for decision-making in many cases. Additionally, it allows collaborative work, which gives us the opportunity to generate surveys with other users, promoting interaction between the same users of the application. It allows the creation and customization of surveys in a fairly simple way. The acquisition costs are not that high compared to other similar software. The customer service is quite efficient when it comes to responding to any inconvenience presented during the use of the system. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** the free version is very limited I wish there was a trial like that outside 15 days of the free full version **What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?** surveylab It was used as an internal control tool in the office for decision making, thanks to this tool we were able to launch a virtual survey to solve a problem that affected us all at work, managing to submit to a vote impartial and anonymous on the part of those involved, then thanks to the results obtained (which are quite useful since it issues a fairly complete report), we were able to solve the problem presented. ### 16. I was able to pick it up quickly,it has all the survey question types I needed. I generally use survey monkey but I found survey lab from a post on quora and gave it a try and I was not disappointed. **What do you dislike about SurveyLab?** I would prefer that the instant quote option for my target sample be easily available. Not sure how to get that now.
