# Can you make the basic plans limit bigger than 1000 respondents?

Depending on the sample you are trying to achieve, the limit of 1,000 respondents for their basic plan could be considered low.

You cannot increase the limit of the basic plan unless you upgrade to the next plan. 1000 responses is a good amount to understand if your survey has value. Unless you have responses close to 1000, I find no reason to increase the limit. Hope I am straight on this. I personally increase the limit if I only exceed the current limit.
