In terms of integration with third party applications , Surveylab is the leading surveying tool for me. Asides this, I love that Surveylab provides me with different survey data collection channels. I am especially most impressed by its sms and QR code data collection channels, as they have proven overtime to be the most efficient way to collect survey data for me and my company. There are a lot of options for customization. One could use the open and close end questions feature to create a survey of your choice and requirement. It has a multilingual feature that helps customers provide better feedback. It integrates with many CRM tools as well. It offers many templates that you could choose from and create a survey within minutes. SurveyLab has one of the best customer support.
