"Intuitive Interface, Reliable Data, and Specific Filters"
5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

I really like the interface and simplicity of the 6sense Sales Intelligence portal, which makes it very easy to use. The specific filters I can add on the platform are fantastic for conducting detailed searches. Additionally, the data updates keep the page very up-to-date and the information is reliable. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the intuitive interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

One improvement option would be to offer more specific data and allow searches outside the network or the data that is already loaded. Additionally, it would be useful if it could be linked with other prospect tracking applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Buying Intent Insights That Make Prospecting More Efficient"
5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

6sense Sales Intelligence gives our team a much clearer view of which accounts are actively showing buying intent, helping us focus our time where it matters most. The combination of intent data, account insights, and contact information makes prospecting more efficient and targeted. It's especially valuable for aligning sales and marketing around shared priorities and identifying opportunities that might otherwise be missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

The biggest challenge is the learning curve. There is a lot of data and functionality available, so it can take time for users to understand how to best leverage intent signals and account insights. Contact data can occasionally require validation, and the platform delivers the most value when sales and marketing teams are fully aligned and actively using it. Overall, the benefits outweigh these limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"6sense Sales Intelligence Helps Prioritize In-Market Accounts and Build Higher-Quality Pipeline"
4/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

From a sales perspective, what I like best is how 6sense Sales Intelligence shows which accounts are actually in-market and where they are in the buying journey. It helps me prioritize outreach, tailor conversations, and engage accounts earlier with more relevance. That focus saves time and leads to higher‑quality pipeline instead of chasing cold accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

From a sales perspective, the main downside is that data quality and signal interpretation can be inconsistent, with occasional false positives or outdated contact information requiring manual validation. There’s also a learning curve, and without strong enablement, it can be hard for sellers to quickly turn the insights into clear, day‑to‑day actions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Timeline & Signals Intelligence, But Saved Searches Are Hard to Find"
3.5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

The most useful aspect of 6sense so far is the timeline and signals tabs under each of my Account Executives I support and their accounts. I believe the intelligence tool here is helpful in seeing where and when certain topics were researched. I believe this capability has high performance and will get better with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

I believe the UI could be better in terms of finding saved searches. I feel like every time I join, I'm waiting for my AEs to come up as saved searches. I know there's a way to have it, but it's not very apparent. Our team had an initial onboarding call with a rep and our onboarding training videos, but I believe we could benefit from seeing additional use cases as they come up. "Great Buying Intent Insights That Improve Prospecting"
3/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

The best part of 6sense Sales Intelligence is the buying intent insights. Seeing the keywords prospects are researching, the competitors they're evaluating, and the activity across an account helps me prepare for conversations with much more context. I also use it regularly to find contact information, making it a valuable tool for both prospecting and account research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

My biggest frustration is that contacts pushed from 6sense into Salesforce can take up to 24 hours to appear. It would be much more efficient if that sync happened in real time or much faster, especially when I'm prospecting and want to act on buying signals immediately. Other than that, I haven't run into many issues, and the platform has been a valuable part of my sales workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"6sense Makes It Easy to Spot In-Market Accounts and Prioritize Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

I like how 6sense helps me identify in-market accounts, uncover the right stakeholders, and prioritize my day-to-day outreach. The intent signals and account insights make it easier to have more relevant conversations, and they save me time by keeping my focus on accounts with higher buying potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

I’d like to see contact information that’s more accurate and updated more frequently, along with stronger filtering options to help with account prioritization. I’d also appreciate clearer visibility into why certain intent signals are being generated. Finally, improving the user interface to make navigation faster and more intuitive would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless CRM integration, dashboards, and intent insights for more targeted outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

I like that the CRM sales/marketing automation makes the sales process seamless and less manual. The dashboards help me track, give me a quick overview, and keep opportunities in place. Lead generation helps identify relevant prospects and focus outreach on accounts showing buying intent. The intent and predictive insights helped me prioritize high-potential accounts, refine my outreach, and it gave me useful context so I can tailor messaging to prospects’ needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

The major frustration is that contact data availability and accuracy can vary by region and company, so some contact details may occasionally be incomplete or outdated. Lead builder is useful, but finding the most relevant prospects can sometimes require additional filters plus cross verification and qualification. I also don’t use company data availability and technographic data availability very frequently since day-by-day sales work focuses more on prospect identification, contact info, and outreach. "Strong account prioritization and buying signals, but weak data accuracy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

It very reliably combines contact data with account buying signals to help me find the right people at the right accounts. Account prioritization based on intent and predictive insights significantly improved seller focus, and it frequently gave useful context for personalizing outreach. I also liked using AI to analyze a large set of campaign and conversion data to identify patterns across audience segments, since it helped me get to potential insights much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

Some AI conclusions were too confident without enough context, so I had to validate them against the raw data and business context before using them. Technographic data accuracy, data cleaning/enrichment, and data segmentation/filtering were all poor for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Predictive Power, But at a High Cost"
3.5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

I really love the predictive intent data in 6sense Sales Intelligence; it feels like having a crystal ball. The way it scores accounts and almost nudges my SDRs to focus on the right companies is amazing. It's like having a voice tell them, "Stop calling company A, they are cold. Call company B instead, three of their executives just read your competitor's pricing page." This feature dramatically shortens the sales cycle, which is fantastic for our strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

6sense Sales Intelligence is really pricey and setting it up is no small task—it can take months to get it right. If you don't have a super skilled RevOps team or a really tight sales and marketing alignment, it can just end up being a super expensive dashboard that's all flashy and not really useful. "Useful intent tracking and AI Insights, but contact data and topic tuning need work"
5/5
What do you like best about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

The intent tracking is quite useful. Third party intent data and account search activity were the most useful signals for identifying accounts that were actively looking. AI Insights helps us prioritise accounts more easily, and knowing the keywords and topics an account was researching helped us tailor our emails to their specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 6sense Sales Intelligence?

Fine-tuning the topics still takes some trial and error to remove irrelevant results. The account level data is generally good, but contact details like direct dials and mobile numbers can sometimes be missing or outdated, and contact email accuracy sometimes was inconsistent. AI Insights also had false positives that we had to manually verify, and some flagged accounts were just researching without immediate buying authority. Fixing data mismatches and manually syncing some custom fields into the CRM can be a bit time consuming, and the general profile data sometimes did not have enough account specific details.
