**What do you like best about PerformanceUp?**

Our team has found the weekly check-in process and the user experience for tracking progress on Objectives and Key Results to be very easy and intuitive. We appreciate the way PerformanceUp connects KPIs and OKRs, recognizing the importance of both in achieving our goals. The ability to track initiatives is also a valuable feature of the software.

**What do you dislike about PerformanceUp?**

The software has exceeded the user's expectations by performing flawlessly, leaving them with nothing negative to say about it.

**What problems is PerformanceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with OKRs has been a fantastic asset to our team's workflow, as it has helped us become more focused and data-driven. After testing multiple tools, we have found that PerformanceUp is the best choice for achieving this goal.

**What do you like best about PerformanceUp?**

PerformanceUp's OKR software is easy to use and quick to integrate into preexisting business operations. We simply had to input our business objectives and set KPIs for our team. The software also features a project management tool called Projectsly, which helped us achieve our project goals.

**What do you dislike about PerformanceUp?**

It was a pleasure to use every aspect of this application. Using the application was a pleasant experience thanks to its user-friendly interface and prompt response from the support team.

**What problems is PerformanceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our organization, PerformanceUp is an essential tool for monitoring quarterly objectives and crucial metrics. PerformanceUp provides the team with access to our department heads' roadmaps and objectives. This allows us to track the progress of our own teams as well as those with whom we frequently collaborate.
