I use 3M ChartFact to manage patient workflow and treatment charts. I find it very useful and streamlined especially for history taking notes. It's easy and quick which saves my time and allows me to focus on my patients. **What do you dislike about 3M ChartFact?** I find all features helpful. It benefits my clinical practice because I work only part time and every minute is precious. It helps me summarize my notes effectively and also has AI transcription features so I dont have type everything everytime.
