What do you like best?
the configuration possibilities are to a very detailed level which enables us to achieve an efficient workflow. The various ways to tender out loads to carriers gives us the option to get the best rate from the market. Capacity agreements on day level makes the tender proces very efficient and avoids unnessecary communication to our carriers. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?
We use 3GTMS primarily as a freight rating platform. In that capacity, it works great most of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
This does not happen often but occasionally there are issues that may not be identified right away by either us or 3GTMS. We end up finding out about the issue later when it is too late to make changes. I think they need better proactive monitoring of their automated processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
