It has flexible settings, and while not all the options are always available, they're generally sufficient to accomplish my goals. **What do you dislike about 1Flow?** This customer service approach definitely needs improvement. We had a subscription until January 24th and canceled it on January 15th, expecting it to remain active until the end of the paid period. Instead, access was terminated immediately. This deprived us of access to the platform and the data collected. The company hasn't responded to our feedback or contacted us. **What problems is 1Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool solves the problems of collecting feedback, including organizing and collecting NPS data from customers. ### 2. We are getting tons of responses from our users. So it is working for them as well. The team behind is very helpful, and the product keeps improving at light speed. **What do you dislike about 1Flow?** I cannot complain about anything; I had some requests that have been implemented very quickly. **What problems is 1Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me get feedback from my users when they are using the platform. We are using it for some specific surveys and our NPS as well. We are able to get the results in slack so the whole team can look into it. ### 3.
