Makes it fast and easy to register domains and maintain their DNS etc. Their support is all UK/AU/US/CA based and are very helpful. We've sense migrated our few client domains we had on 123 or had previously registered there and when onboarding with us we moved them to GoDaddy. It doesn't make 123 a bad platform, for an MSP we prefer one plain of glass when it comes to web management. Support is very helpful and billing was never an issue. DNS can take time to propagate on 123. They aren't as bad as Networksolutions.com when it comes to timeouts and propagation across the web but ensure you save your DNS entry, refresh and be extra sure the DNS entry stuck.
