It was really to search for domains on the site and they even gave suggestions for alternatives if the exact domain you wanted was not available. I was able to quickly and easily register domains and set up associated services. Customer service is amazing. Feels quite personal. Fix things quickly and without me really needing to explain much to them.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. Their marketing and branding isn't that great, (not that it really matters for a web hosting company), but for this reason I was never drawn to them. However, they are under sell themselves as they are easily the best hosting provider and domain name company that I use.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I like them because you actually get to talk to technical people first-time on the phone or chat and some of them can fix the problem there are then. Saying that I've not had many problems.
