Is there an import template to get my ATS data from another system moved into PayCom? What kinds of reports does PayCom produce for Applicant Tracking?

We are looking for an easy to use, and fairly basic ATS

I find great difficulty in terms of having employee get to the learning content. The most frequent feedback that I received while using SAP for learning purpose it that content is boring, doesnt not have engaging features to keep the employees stay with learning programs.

There is little to no follow up to open issues/tickets.

How do you handle the application process? Any experience on this? We are totally new and we would like to exchange views.

Reporting courses from iLearn and all the Bridge content are outdated.
