it feels like there is room for improvement to incorporate more markup options and bring the editing side of things to a higher level so the content producer can show more quality as per other tools available in the market

The current usage of confluence restricts me from creating a parent page directly and hence I need to create a child page and then move it over as a parent page.

When you go into Bloomfire, you are given the option to search by title or by category but when you search by category it doesn't not search other documents. The way the information is structured could be optimized for improve the speed to find any information in the system. Sometimes I see that Guru is too stiffled, and it is bad.

Check out the templates and if you using free version decide what is most important to you first I would suggest getting new employees to use it will also force you to put some stuff on paper you have not been thinking about

The functionality of Notion is great, but I like to keep most of the pertinent information on one page. The text is too large for me to do that even with a fairly large screen.
