It's the simplest and most straightforward CRM I've ever used. I didn't want a bloated CRM that tries to do everything. What I like is how customizable it is. The API makes it pretty easy to connect and interact with pretty much any other platform you are using. The focus is on email marketing, and the insights you get after sending your campaigns are great. I really like how simple the automations are inside the platform. For any logic person, the graphical interface will be a joy to use. Just connect the nodes to get the platform to do what you want when something happens. I use it for simple things right now, like adding a tag to somebody when X happens or removing a tag when you add another tag. I see it as the web that holds all of my custom system up together. The best thing I can say about it is that it is incredibly easy to get started with it and you can grow infinitely with it. It's one of the few platforms I use every day as the automations I made makes it very easy for me to know what is happening with every one of my contacts. Also one of the easiest platform to implement I've ever tried. I've tried many platforms similar to this in the past, none were as easy to get into as Swipe One. I've had a few bugs with the 1-on-1 email feature, mainly a year ago, and had to work with the team to get it fixed. I would also like to get updates by email from the team about what's happening behind the scene. There's a Discord server and you can communicate with the team over Intercom inside the platform, but I would like the team to send email updates more often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
