The UI is very easy to use for setting up campaigns and forms. I especially like that I can duplicate an entire campaign instead of starting from scratch, which saves me a lot of time. The form code displays on my website without any issues. My site is built using PHP files on a VPS, and I’ve noticed the forms load just as quickly as the rest of my site. As the director of Fundación Kaleo in Mexico, I needed a robust and scalable platform for recurring donations, and what I really like is how easy it is to use Donorbox, especially for receiving monthly contributions in a simple way. Well, the main limitation I have encountered is related to the top button, as the text is not editable; it only allows us to select Donate, Give, or Pay. And in our case, as we are in the process of obtaining authorization for tax deduction, using the word Donation causes us legal non-compliance. Therefore, it would be very helpful for us to be able to customize the button to say "Support" or "Contribute." Other than that, the platform seems more than excellent to me. I was able to talk with multiple people at Donorbox concerning a project where we needed to have a live voting system similar to America's Got Talent. They were able to talk me through their system and even did a live tech help after I had everythign setup and was testing the finctionality. In the end, DonorBox was exactly what we needed and we intend to use it again for the same event next year. I've even had some people from thwir team reach out and discuss improvements they could make. I tried Zappier integration which wasn't exactly easy to figure out and still did not do what I wanted it to. It was a little beyond my understanding ultimately, but I got it working to the basic of what I needed. The team at Donorbox has been very responsive to handling challenges that have come up, most related to a paid add on of an integration with planning center. It is easy to set up with the drag and drop interface and the free version has good functionality. That way, we are only paying for the platform as a % of an actual donation, instead of having a recurring subscription expense. The event ticket sales feature doesn't work as well for us. The capture of the ticket buyer vs.. ticket user, and the transfer of that data via the Salesforce integration doesn't work seamlessly.
