# how can i better improve my experience with this program?

It can be scary because I don't know how to assure that all my documents are backed up fully.

Have you checked out there extensive help section with FAQs and videos.  I think they have done and awesome job providing all of the information anyone would need to become very proficient with Box.

Since Box is cloud-based it lives online but they also use redundant servers to backup work. All the years I have used Box I have not lost any files or documents unless I personally deleted them myself.

Box helps to improve your experience of sharing documents and files within your team. You can provide individual access to each file or folder. Create and assign roles and access to each user in your team.
