How the platform works
Kurtosys is investment reporting software for investment managers, wealth managers and alternative asset managers. Fund data connects from existing systems by API, flat file or Snowflake, and is validated, approved and audited in one governed record. Every output is produced from that record, so the same figure appears in every document, web page and disclosure. Investment managers can use any part of the platform on its own or together.
Investor communication
Kurtosys investor communication software automates fund marketing and client reporting, from the first factsheet a prospect reads to the reports they receive as a client.
Before they invest: fund factsheets in every language from a single template, investor presentations built in Microsoft PowerPoint from live data, and fund websites and fund centres with registered-for-sale logic, so each visitor only sees the funds they're eligible to buy.
Once they're a client: client and institutional reports produced in bulk from governed templates, and secure investor portals giving each client on-demand access to their data, reports and documents. Reports are delivered by portal, email or API.
Every document runs through data checks, approval and a full audit trail before it's published, and when data changes, affected documents are regenerated with versioning and lineage. Reporting and digital can be taken together or separately. Kurtosys won Best Client Reporting Solution at the FTF News Technology Innovation Awards 2026.
Regulatory reporting
Kurtosys regulatory reporting software produces investor disclosures from fund data already governed on the platform, with every calculation visible, every rule traced to the relevant regulation and every change logged.
Live today: UK CCI product summaries under PS25/20, including the risk and return score, costs, performance and machine-readable data for distributors, and PRIIPs KIDs in every language a fund's registrations need, including the summary risk indicator, performance scenarios, costs and EPT files.
On the roadmap: MiFID II EMT, Solvency II TPT, AIFMD Annex IV and SFDR reporting.
Calculations run on validated data, and investment managers decide where sign-off sits: compliance approving calculations, operations approving outbound documents, or both. Documents are produced in bulk across a fund range with exceptions flagged, revisions are triggered automatically and sent back through approval, and filing with the regulator is available where the client chooses. Because disclosures draw on the same governed record as factsheets and client reports, the figures match everywhere they appear.
