Questy Commerce

Questy Commerce is a B2B wholesale ordering portal that connects customer-specific pricing, live product catalogs, and order management directly with your ERP. Buyers log in 24/7 to see their own individualized prices, discounts, and commercial terms pulled directly from ERP data, place orders, and manage their accounts without involving a sales rep. Orders flow automatically into the ERP the moment a customer confirms, eliminating manual entry, re-typing from emails, and order errors. Customers can order in bulk via CSV import or quick-add lists, request custom pricing quotes on demand, track live order status, and download invoices and product data sheets from a secure self-service portal. Sales rep mode lets internal teams place orders on behalf of clients directly from the same interface. Category-level visibility controls ensure each customer only sees the product range relevant to them, while authorized buyer controls restrict ordering to verified contacts within each account. Logistics minimums can be configured to enforce order thresholds per transaction, and flexible shipping and payment terms are driven by ERP data, including trade credit options. Questy Commerce is ERP-aware and designed to extend the reach of your ERP rather than replace it. Bidirectional data flows for pricing, stock levels, orders, customer history, and invoices can be configured through a custom integration quote. The solution is used by B2B wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers that need a self-service ordering portal tightly connected to ERP-based commercial rules. A 30-day free trial is available.

Salesia

Salesia is the AI-powered sales OS for brands that sell through physical retail: pharmacies, beauty institutes, specialty and organic stores. At its core is an order hub that centralizes every B2B order, whatever the channel. Order hub: orders from EDI, distributor portals, the reps' app, email, CSV files, phone and paper forms all land in one place. A discount and free-goods engine applies each customer's commercial terms automatically, and orders sync two-way with the brand's invoicing and logistics systems. No more retyping, no more pricing errors. AI built in: reps dictate their visit reports by voice and Salesia transcribes them automatically. The Salesia AI agent (coming soon) spots the stores that haven't reordered, drafts the follow-ups and pre-fills the order forms, ready to send. Around the hub: an offline-first mobile app for field reps (customer records, catalog, order taking), live analytics on distribution coverage, reorder rate, rep performance and churn, and a branded B2B storefront with store locator. Unlimited users, priced per order instead of per seat. Onboarding in days, not months.

Tacey

Post-purchase order editing app, order merge, upsell app for Shopify Tacey fixes Shopify orders after checkout, before they ship. Most order problems are known within minutes of payment, and almost none of them reach the merchant in time. The address has a typo. The size is wrong. They meant to order two. The same customer placed a second order ten minutes later. Today each of those becomes an email, a support ticket, a reprint, or a parcel that ships to the wrong door and comes back. Tacey closes that gap on four fronts. Order editing. Inside a window the merchant sets, the customer corrects their own shipping address, swaps a variant, changes a quantity, adds or removes an item, applies a discount the merchant allows, or cancels outright. It happens on the page Shopify already shows them after checkout, with no new login and nothing installed on the theme. Address validation. Every address is checked as the order lands, then corrected automatically, flagged for the customer, or honestly marked unchecked. A bad address is caught while it is still cheap to fix. Pre-ship reminders. The customer is brought back while the window is still open, in their own language, to see the order one last time before it moves. Order merge. When one customer places two paid orders, the merchant combines them into a single shipment. The absorbed order is cancelled with no refund, the surviving order takes no new charge, and both original payments stand. Merchants can also run a post-purchase upsell on the same page, while the box is still open. A failed delivery is not just a shipping problem. It is a support problem, a refund problem, and a trust problem. Tacey solves it before it starts.

Tarvyx

Tarvyx is sales order automation software for B2B manufacturers and wholesale distributors whose customers still send their orders as email, attachments or chat messages rather than through a portal. For most order desks, an incoming purchase order still means opening an email, opening the PDF attached to it, and retyping fifteen lines into an ERP by hand. A typical order takes fifteen to thirty minutes that way, and the mistakes it produces surface downstream - in production, or with the customer. Tarvyx removes the retyping. It collects incoming orders from Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, any IMAP mailbox, Telegram, WhatsApp Business and Viber, and reads the message together with everything attached to it as a single order: text-layer PDFs, scanned PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, photographs and handwritten notes. When a customer spreads one order across several messages and files, those are assembled into one order rather than several fragments. Every line is then matched against your own product catalogue and your own customer records, across languages, and each match is scored. Matches at 85 percent and above are applied automatically. Between 60 and 85 percent the match is suggested and waits for confirmation. Anything below that is held for review rather than guessed. Missing or conflicting details - an absent delivery address, an ambiguous quantity, an unrecognised customer - are raised as issues before the order reaches your systems, not after. Nothing is pushed to the ERP or CRM without a person approving it. Approved orders are sent to the connected system, and the buyer can be given a tracking link for the order. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including the TRIMIT furniture vertical, is verified in production; any other ERP or CRM is connected during onboarding at no extra charge. There are no per-customer templates to build or maintain, so a customer changing their document layout does not break extraction. Corrections your team makes are reused to improve later orders from that same customer. Tarvyx runs as a managed cloud service or fully on-premise on one ordinary server inside your own network, where no order data leaves the building. That is what answers a GDPR, UK GDPR or PDPL data-residency requirement. Customer data is never used to train shared AI models. Pricing is 200 euro per user per month with unlimited orders - no per-order or per-document fee - and AI processing, connector development and onboarding are included.

It is designed for sellers such as home bakers, tailors, jewellers, commission artists and wedding planners who manage orders through WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and other messaging channels. Sellers can create orders with customer details, items, due dates and prices, then share a dedicated tracking page with each customer.
