Program level indicates the partner’s degree of participation. Oracle offers Levels 1, 2, and 3, with progressively greater training capacity, go-to-market resources, and partner support. Level 0 is intended primarily for limited participation in the Oracle Marketplace.

The License & Hardware Path indicates commercial focus. This path is available to partners at Level 1 or above and is designed for organizations working with Oracle’s software-license and hardware portfolio.

Expertise indicates demonstrated capability. An Oracle Expertise designation can reflect trained staff, certifications, customer success, and experience in a defined solution area.

Distribution and resale agreements establish rights to engage in transactions. Oracle PartnerNetwork membership alone does not prove that a firm can resell every Oracle product in every country.
