What do you like best about Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions?

The people are who really make CBTS a great company to work with. We see them as a partner, as they care about every project or issue we bring to them. This starts with the sales manager, through the resource manager and down to the engineers. Everyone at CBTS cares to accomplish my goals quickly, within budget and using the best possible technical plan. Their engineers are very good, knowledgeable, professional and care. What problems is Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use CBTS for both T&M and fixed price projects. They are an Ohio company that assists us with our Cisco network security, networking and Azure Cloud implementations as needed. CBTS is very strong with Cisco hardware and we regularly have them assist us with our Cisco FirePower firewall configurations. By having one of their skilled engineers assisting us, we can ensure we are following industry standards, best practices and efficient implementations.
