Chronly is Canadian quoting, invoicing and payment software for small businesses, contractors, trades and service providers. It handles the whole quote-to-payment side of running a business in one place, so you're not paying for a quoting app, a separate payment processor and a spreadsheet to keep track of who still owes you.
Here's how it works in practice. You build a quote with your own pricing, discounts and taxes, send it as a link, and your customer approves it online (with a deposit up front if you need one). Once it's approved, it turns into an invoice in one click. Customers can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, and Chronly sends automatic reminders before and after the due date so you're not the one chasing people. For larger bills, you can split an invoice into a payment schedule instead of asking for one lump sum. For anything you sell without an invoice, checkout links and a basic online storefront let customers pay from a text, an email or a QR code.
Beyond getting paid, Chronly keeps the rest of your paperwork in the same spot. Jobs group every quote, invoice, photo and file for a project together, with a share link so customers can view files and send their own back. Customer records, a product and service catalogue with inventory tracking, forms for intake and quote requests, expense and mileage tracking, and a receipt inbox you can forward receipts to from your phone are all built in. You can also connect your bank through Plaid for a read-only view of your transactions. Some features depend on your plan.
Chronly is built for Canada specifically. Plans are priced in Canadian dollars, you can register the provinces where you collect GST, HST or PST, and tax is calculated based on your customer's location. Chronly tracks and reports what you collect so your bookkeeper or accountant has clean numbers to work from. It feeds your accounting rather than replacing it.
There's a free plan with no time limit, plus paid Seller and Pro plans as you grow, and no contracts. You can even use Chronly without turning on online payments and record cash or e-transfers yourself.
We're Chronly Digital Solutions Inc., a small team based in Prince George, British Columbia. We started Chronly because too many Canadian businesses were stitching together three or four tools, often charging in US dollars, just to send a quote and get paid. A real person answers every support email, and customer requests genuinely shape what we build next.
