What do you like best about Sanso?

What I like best is that AP and AR basically runs itself. At my last company, the general finance admin stuff were a constant hassle. Either we were always chasing bills, or we literally had customers who didn't pay. With Sanso it's just done for you, and I like that things get handled and paid on time and I'm not in the loop unless I need to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sanso?

What problems is Sanso solving and how is that benefiting you?

Two big ones for me.

First, reconciliation. It just happens automatically... my books stay current and matched up without anyone sitting there ticking off transactions. I used to think of reconciliation as this recurring chore that's always slightly behind; now it's basically a solved problem.

Second: receipts. I'm based in a country where you have to produce a receipt for basically every expense, and the annoying reality is a lot of services just never email you one. Sanso uses AI agents to go retrieve those receipts automatically even when the vendor doesn't send them to me. That used to be a manual thing I had to do, and now it's just... happens. Awesome.
