Chargeback disputes are assembled from GPS route, pricing breakdown, and cardholder verification without manual preparation. Accounts and Billing. Corporate account management, contract pricing, invoice generation, cost centre routing, and receivables tracking configure once and run without daily intervention. Driver Management. Licence, credential, and document tracking with automatic suspension when anything expires and automatic reinstatement when it is renewed. Drivers submit documents and check their own compliance status through a dedicated portal. Vehicle Management. Registration, insurance, equipment, and maintenance records per vehicle, with automatic offline enforcement when a document expires and automatic return when it is renewed. Driver Payouts. Earnings from all revenue sources (cash, card, corporate accounts, medical transport, and subsidised rides) consolidate into a single earnings record per driver. Deductions, payout timing, and net settlement calculate automatically. Vehicle Leasing. Lease products, billing, payment collection, and driver dispatch access controls run automatically once a lease product is configured. Call Centre. Complete caller context, including rides, shifts, account policies, billing, and compliance status, loads before the agent answers. Voice AI handles routine enquiries end to end. Affiliate and Operator Management. Owner/operator onboarding, membership fees, dispatch access control, and performance visibility operate automatically based on account and payment status. A completed trip triggers fare calculation, invoice generation, payment reconciliation, driver payout, and accounting entries without a manual step or a data export. No re-keying between systems. No exports to reconcile. Getting started FLEET runs on a month to month subscription. Transitions are managed by FLEET's onboarding team, covering data migration, system configuration, and a dedicated staging environment where the fleet's team verifies the platform with real operational data before anything goes live. Once satisfied, the cutover to live operations completes overnight.
