What is FLEET? FLEET is an operations platform built for passenger ground transportation businesses: taxi fleets, non-emergency medical transport providers, and black car and limousine operators. Dispatch, billing, corporate account management, driver and vehicle compliance, driver payouts, leasing, and financial operations run through a single system with one login and one source of truth. Why FLEET exists Most transportation businesses run on a combination of dispatch software and manual processes. Dispatch software handles how jobs reach drivers. Registration, insurance, equipment, and maintenance records per vehicle, with automatic offline enforcement when a document expires and automatic return when it is renewed. Driver Payouts. Earnings from all revenue sources (cash, card, corporate accounts, medical transport, and subsidised rides) consolidate into a single earnings record per driver. Deductions, payout timing, and net settlement calculate automatically. Vehicle Leasing. Lease products, billing, payment collection, and driver dispatch access controls run automatically once a lease product is configured. Call Centre.
