Schedulo

Schedulo is an AI-native event relationship intelligence platform for corporate events, conferences and industry forums. It goes beyond scheduling: it works out who should meet whom, briefs each participant before the meeting, and shows organizers and sponsors which commercial opportunities came out of the event. The platform covers the full event lifecycle in a single data layer: public application forms with organizer approval, attendee and company management, agenda and sessions, AI-assisted B2B matchmaking, 1:1 meeting scheduling with networking tables and time slots, messaging, a social feed, sponsor and exhibitor management, and post-event analytics. It ships as three surfaces on one backend: native mobile apps for attendees (iOS and Android), a participant web app, and an admin panel for organizers. Turkish and English are supported throughout, with event-level timezone handling for international forums. Every package includes fully managed setup, data import, branding alignment, a dry run with the organizer team and event-day support. Schedulo is used by insurance and reinsurance industry events including the 18th International Istanbul Insurance Conference (STD), the Azerbaijan International Insurance Forum (IIF) in Baku and FIAR - The International Insurance-Reinsurance Forum in Romania.

How it works

SeatLayer

SeatLayer is seating chart software with reserved-seat ticketing built in. Theatres, arenas, promoters and ticketing platforms draw a venue once and sell every seat from the same live map. Draw any venue in the Venue Designer, up to 200,000 seats: rows, sections, tiers, tables, booths, standing areas and several floors, or start from one of 58 templates. Upload a floor-plan image or PDF, or describe the room to the AI, and get an editable chart you check before it goes on sale. Every chart opens in 3D automatically, so buyers can look from their seat before they pay. Two ways to sell. Ticketing platforms embed the seat map with SDKs for web, iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native, plus server SDKs for seven languages, and keep their own checkout. Venues and organisers sell on their own website or a hosted page, paid to their own account through 14 payment gateways, including Stripe, PayPal and Square. Run the event from the same map: box office sales with receipts on an 80 mm roll or A4, seats set aside for partners and presales, season tickets, refunds from the dashboard, and door scanning with the SeatLayer app for iPhone, which keeps scanning when the signal drops. AI agents in Claude or ChatGPT can build charts, set prices and pull reports through the SeatLayer MCP. Pricing: the seat map SDK has 100 free sold seats every month, then 10 cents down to 5 cents a seat. Hosted ticketing is $0.50 a ticket, first 25 free. No subscription; credits never expire.

Seatmap Pro

Seatmap Pro is seat map software for ticketing platforms and venues. Your team draws the venue in a drag-and-drop editor, from a 200-seat theater to a 170,000-seat stadium. You can import an existing SVG map and keep working from it. Reserved seats and general admission areas sit on the same map. Buyers see the map in your checkout through a WebGL renderer that draws 10,000 to 170,000 seats at 60 fps. Developers add it with the @seatmap.pro/renderer npm package or a hosted iframe. It works with React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, and plain JavaScript. A REST API handles booking with a lock and confirm flow. Seatmap Pro runs as a cloud service in the EU, or on your own servers from signed Docker images and a Helm chart. More than 20 ticketing platforms and venues use it, including SportsThread, RaceEntry, TicketBG, and Envorso.

SeatPlanning

SeatPlanning is a drag-and-drop seating chart software that simplifies creating table arrangements for events. The interface lets users design layouts by arranging tables, seats, and guests without technical expertise. An automatic seat distribution algorithm enables quick guest allocation across tables. Excel import functionality allows users to upload guest lists directly into the system, while export options include PDFs for printing and XLSX files for data management. RSVP collection through links and QR codes lets guests confirm attendance and provide dietary preferences, which updates seating charts in real time. QR entry facilitates check-in at events. Custom email features enable branded invitations and reminders. Collaborative tools allow multiple users to work on the same seating chart. Event-specific templates are available for weddings, conferences, and corporate dinners.

Shoal

Shoal is event management software for the one or two people who run their organization's in-person events: internal company conferences, association meetings and customer events. Everything runs from one dashboard. You build a branded event page and registration form with your own questions. Events can be free or paid, and paid ticket money goes straight to your own Stripe account, because Shoal takes no cut. Events are private by default, so you can run invite-only internal conferences, or make an event public. Every ticket opens a branded attendee app in the phone's browser, with nothing to download. Attendees see their ticket, their schedule, notifications, venue maps, seating, sponsors and custom info pages. They can pick sessions themselves, or you can assign them to tracks. Shoal includes a built-in event game. Attendees earn points for checking in, meeting people, finding secret codes and answering trivia, and you choose the badges and prizes. A live leaderboard can run on a big screen. On the day, staff check people in by scanning tickets with any phone, and you print branded name badges on Avery sheets. Afterwards, Shoal sends a feedback survey and gives you reports and a CSV export. Pricing is one flat payment per event, based on how many people register. Every feature is included at every size, with no subscription or contract.
