FACTS Payment Plans is a tuition management and billing software solution that helps K-12 private and Catholic schools collect tuition and fees, project cash flow, and offer families flexible payment options. Families get one mobile-responsive portal for payments, invoices, and payment history, available in Spanish with one click, plus live phone and chat support. Connected FACTS products include: -Financial Aid Management, which applies awards directly to tuition accounts -Advanced Accounting, which serves as the accounts receivable subsidiary ledger -Student Information System and Admission Intelligence, which bill all fees in one place and let families enroll in a payment plan during admissions As with all FACTS platforms, FACTS Payment Plans is protected by a dedicated cybersecurity team that continuously updates, optimizes, and tests its security measures.
