What do you like best about Class System?

Class is a great software for educational institutions. It contains all the information needed for our company. I use CLASS on a daily business and it is the very first thing I log into when I get into work. It gets the job done in regards to accessing personal information and dealing with batch printing of documents. It definitely takes sometime to get used to the system but it accomplishes all tasks required of my job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Class System?

The software can be very finicky. There is a limit on the number of users who can log in within a country, which can make it difficult to the use the software when other employees are also using it. When doing large batches of printing the software will freeze and crash and will not allow me to log in until it unfreezes. The unfreezing often takes upwards of 5-6 hours, which is far too long. If I am not in a hurry (this hardly happens) I will use another persons log in but more often I will need to contact IT to unfreeze the account. When freezing happens, the document or personal information I was using becomes locked so anybody with similar access cannot see or make any changes to the account.

The system could definitely use some improvements like upgrading to a more modern system and streamlining some of its uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Class System:

Take your time and be patient with the software. It can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning to use but once you get used to the software it is a very useful tool in the office! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
