What do you like best about FACTS Payment Plans?

What do you dislike about FACTS Payment Plans?

As an organisation, we currently rely on a manual process to add discounts. If there were a way to use AI tools to make this workflow more automated, that would be great and would make the overall process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FACTS Payment Plans solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since moving over to FACTS about 4–5 years ago, we’ve seen our school fee collection retention increase from around 65–70% to consistently reaching above 97% each year. The system has made school fee collection incredibly easy and straightforward for parents, and the dashboard provides real-time information for my team and me, helping us make better decisions to support our school’s operational needs and cash flow position.
