Automated Reminder System
CredentialCamp sends configurable automated reminders to employees and managers before certifications expire — via email and SMS — at intervals you set (90 days, 60 days, 30 days, for example). Reminders fire automatically without manual calendar management.
5-State Compliance Tracking
Every credential in CredentialCamp is tracked across five compliance states: Up to Date, Expiring Soon, Expired, Missing, and Pending Verification. Managers and administrators see the real-time compliance status of every employee at every location — not just a list of certifications.
