Why You Can Trust G2's Software Rankings:

  • 30 Analysts and Data Experts
  • 130,600+ Authentic Reviews
  • 2,819+ Products
  • Unbiased Rankings

G2's software rankings are built on verified user reviews, rigorous moderation, and a consistent research methodology maintained by a team of analysts and data experts. Each product is measured using the same transparent criteria, with no paid placement or vendor influence. While reviews reflect real user experiences, which can be subjective, they offer valuable insight into how software performs in the hands of professionals. RepPharma

RepPharma is the CRM for pharma field teams: a CRM and sales force automation platform for pharmaceutical companies across the Gulf, North Africa and the Arab Middle East. Medical representatives log doctor and pharmacy visits on an offline-first Android app, and managers plan, approve and track performance on a web dashboard. It is built in Dubai for teams of roughly 10 to 150 medical reps, including pharma companies and scientific offices, distributors, pharmacy chains, hospital and clinic coverage teams, and consumer health and OTC teams. A full visit, covering the doctor, products detailed, samples and outcome, is logged in seconds. Visits save on the phone in basements and dead zones and send automatically when signal returns. Smart monthly plans are rule-based: a month of visits is drafted in seconds from each doctor's priority, required visit frequency and best time to visit, and the manager approves it in one click. It comes loaded with a directory of doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies, so a new rep starts with real customers instead of an empty CRM. Doctor potential is graded from three inputs: patients per day, packs the doctor could prescribe and packs the doctor prescribes now. Yearly targets are split by rep, product and month, and sales credit can be moved between reps without changing the company total. Distributor stock and pharmacy sell-out are shown side by side, with short-expiry lots flagged up to 90 days ahead. Bottom-up forecasts per account and product are graded against real sales every month. Monthly team reviews assemble themselves from field data, agreed KPIs appear in each rep's app, and a month-end checklist shows which reps have next month's plan, forecast and expenses in. Sample accountability, competitor feedback, leaves, expenses and approvals are handled in the same system. Each company works in its own currency and working week. The rep app runs on Android, with iOS coming, and the web dashboard runs in any browser. The interface is in English. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access from rep to country manager and an audit trail on visits, samples and approvals. A live UAE pharma field team has logged more than 30,700 visits on RepPharma since January 2024. Pricing is published: 20 US dollars per user per month for Basic and 40 US dollars per user per month for Premium, with a 14-day free trial, no card needed, and data migration included.

Revenue CRM

Revenue CRM is a CRM made in Japan, built for how deals actually move in Japan and for small and mid-sized teams that can't dedicate a full-time admin to their CRM. Japanese deals wait, and they go backwards. When a deal is waiting on the customer's internal approval (ringi), a legal or security review, or the next budget cycle, you record that wait and a resume date. No stall alerts fire until that date, and once it passes the deal is flagged again. Deals can move back a stage, and time-in-stage restarts from the move, so pipeline reviews show how long a deal has really been stuck. A deal the customer has already decided on but can't book until next fiscal period can be marked as decided without being counted as won. Stage names can be changed to your own terms, and each deal tracks who decides and who champions it. It also follows how relationships start in Japan. Photograph up to 10 business cards in one shot and AI reads them into draft contacts. Paste a LINE or Chatwork thread and it lands in the customer history with a summary and next steps. Quotes carry line items and tax rates, priced in yen. For companies entering Japan, each person chooses Japanese, English or Traditional Chinese for their own screen while everyone works on the same records, so your Japan team can sell in Japanese while headquarters reviews the pipeline in English. Data is stored in Tokyo, and the product is developed and run by a Japanese company. Email translation rewrites a message as a natural business email in Japanese, English or Traditional Chinese instead of translating word for word: Japanese opens and closes with the customary courtesies, English stays short, and names, numbers, dates and amounts are left as they are. Stalled deals and overnight AI reports can also go to a Slack channel, connected from the settings screen without pasting a webhook URL. Every plan includes every feature. From ¥3,000 per user per month, with a 30-day free trial and no card required.

It brings marketing, sales, operations and finance into one business context so owners and teams can see what changed, understand what it affects, anticipate risks and opportunities, and decide what to do next. Owner Core provides the whole-business view. Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance Forges organize specialized IQs for demand, campaigns, customers, pipeline, TrueScale property intelligence, quoting, teams, dispatch, inventory, job margins, collections, cash and business value.
