Crego

Crego is management software for companies that need to understand how their own operations actually run. It is sold per company and has four modules that are activated separately: Operations, Fleet Control, Document Control and Payslips. Crego is not an ERP and does not replace one. An ERP records what happened financially — what was invoiced, collected and paid. Crego shows why something is still unresolved and where the process breaks down between departments. Operations covers the daily routine: what each person has to do today, cross-department delegation with a timer for each leg, meeting minutes recorded by voice, an integrated inbox that flags urgent email and drafts replies, documented procedures with electronic signature, end-of-day close, weekly reports and metrics by department. Fleet Control covers the vehicles: driver and vehicle documentation with alerts 60 days before expiry, maintenance tracked by mileage, trips and waybills uploaded by drivers from their phone, and fuel consumption cross-checked against actual trips. With tank sensors it adds real mileage, fuel level and alerts for fuel drops outside a service station. It works alongside existing satellite tracking rather than replacing it. Every person closes their day in under a minute. Crego accumulates those closings, detects what keeps repeating and proposes improvements with the supporting evidence attached. It delivers evidence, not conclusions: no alert is raised from a single source, and every figure shows where it came from. Crego is contracted per company, with no individual sign-up. Pricing depends on the modules contracted, the number of users and the number of vehicles. The initial assessment is free and carries no commitment.

Custom Software

Off-the-shelf tools make your team bend its workflow around someone else's template. The bending has a cost: workarounds, spreadsheet patches, and a process no one can audit. By the time the tool truly fails, the workaround is the system. We build the other way around. The business process comes first, then the interface, the stack, and the delivery plan. Systems shaped to your roles, your permissions, your reporting, your handoff rules. What we build - Operational platforms built on your actual workflow, not a template bent into shape Modular architecture with role and permission control down to the field level Multi-tenant systems where one codebase serves many operations safely Event-driven patterns where actions in one module move data in another Compliance-aware systems systems with audit trails built in from the first commit Full lifecycle ownership discovery to handover, with CI/CD pipelines in place The Strategic Blueprint carries the most weight here. Custom systems fail at requirements, not at code, so we sit with the business problem until the architecture answers it. Expect process mapping sessions with the people who run the workflow today.

Duvo

Duvo is the Enterprise Execution OS for teams that need to map, run and improve processes across existing systems. It brings people and AI agents into one workspace, with the process owner controlling the rules, decisions and exceptions. Duvo Automation runs agreed workflows across ERP systems, email, spreadsheets and supplier or carrier portals. Agents use existing connections and approved browser or desktop interfaces, record what happened, and route decisions and unresolved exceptions to the responsible person. Teams can start with a supported Automation module without a separate process-discovery purchase. Freight Audit, for example, checks carrier invoices against applicable rate cards and shipment evidence. Finance teams review potential overcharges and approve the next action. Within the agreed scope, agents can submit approved claims, track carrier replies and reconcile corrected invoices or credits. Findings, claims and confirmed recovery remain distinct. Process Intelligence, also called Duvo Clarity, captures how work happens through screen walkthroughs, AI interviews and documents. Teams review process maps and improvement proposals, then use them for training, process improvement or a partner handoff. Clarity is available on its own. Scoped SAP migration assessments give the customer's programme team or implementation partner a reviewed process fact base. Operating Insights provides live views of process results and underlying records. Teams can build and refine these views in chat, investigate exceptions and review performance. Published customer results include Notino reducing bonus reconciliation from 70 days to 15 and Pilulka improving stock availability by 15% in 2 weeks. Duvo's Trust Center documents SOC 2 Type II attestation and ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications. Book a demo to review your process, the access it needs and the result your team wants to achieve.
