## About Crego
Crego is management software for companies that need to understand how their own operations actually run. It is sold per company and has four modules that are activated separately: Operations, Fleet Control, Document Control and Payslips. Crego is not an ERP and does not replace one. An ERP records what happened financially — what was invoiced, collected and paid. Crego shows why something is still unresolved and where the process breaks down between departments. Operations covers the daily routine: what each person has to do today, cross-department delegation with a timer for each leg, meeting minutes recorded by voice, an integrated inbox that flags urgent email and drafts replies, documented procedures with electronic signature, end-of-day close, weekly reports and metrics by department. Fleet Control covers the vehicles: driver and vehicle documentation with alerts 60 days before expiry, maintenance tracked by mileage, trips and waybills uploaded by drivers from their phone, and fuel consumption cross-checked against actual trips. With tank sensors it adds real mileage, fuel level and alerts for fuel drops outside a service station. It works alongside existing satellite tracking rather than replacing it. Every person closes their day in under a minute. Crego accumulates those closings, detects what keeps repeating and proposes improvements with the supporting evidence attached. It delivers evidence, not conclusions: no alert is raised from a single source, and every figure shows where it came from. Crego is contracted per company, with no individual sign-up. Pricing depends on the modules contracted, the number of users and the number of vehicles. The initial assessment is free and carries no commitment.
