I know Choozle offers 2 pricing plans. Am looking for deeper info, ie.with a $1,000 budget to run a campaign at a $3 CPM – do they take a percentage of the $1,000 budget, a cut off the CPM, both…do they have tiered pricing, etc.? Thanks
