I have been trying to reach almost everyday within 3 months to Binance customer service. They asked me to upload the required documents to unsuspend my account for 4 TIMES!! They have disabled my account and their customer service in the US is horrific!!! I changed my bank and updated the correct information.
Coinbase, Voyager and other platforms do not hold their customers hostage!!!!
