“Smart Tools for Modern Projects”
What do you like best about Polarion?

I really like how Polarion brings all project requirements, tasks, documents, and changes into one organized system. It keeps everything connected and easy to manage, which saves a lot of time. The traceability is especially impressive it clearly links every requirement to its related tasks, test cases, and updates, so you can track the entire lifecycle without confusion. I also appreciate the real-time collaboration features. Everyone on the team can see the latest updates immediately, which reduces communication issues and keeps everyone aligned. Polarion’s integration with other tools, like version control and documentation platforms, makes the workflow even smoother and helps avoid duplication or missing information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Polarion?

Some things I dislike about Polarion are its slow performance at times, especially when handling large projects 📂. The interface also feels a bit outdated and not very intuitive to navigate 🧭. If the setup process were simpler and the customization options more flexible, the overall user experience would improve a lot ⚙️. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Polarion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Polarion helps me manage requirements, track changes, and organize all project work in one centralized space 📌. It improves traceability, keeps everyone aligned, and makes collaboration much smoother 🤝. By reducing confusion and keeping real-time updates connected, it saves a lot of time and helps the team stay more productive and organized 🚀📊. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“The Best Tool for Product Management and Testing”
What do you like best about SpiraPlan?

This is the best tool I have found for both product management and testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpiraPlan?

At first, I found it quite difficult to use, but after going through a few tutorials, I became more comfortable with it. The software is definitely very complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpiraPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a centralized location to store all our data and resources for product testing has been invaluable. We are currently testing an AI app designed to scan for eye diseases, which involves managing a significant amount of data, conducting various tests, and ensuring privacy functions are in place. It can be challenging to find a single platform that covers all these needs in detail, but SpiraPlan do just that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Tuleap, a French tool serving agile projects but not only for the private and public sectors”
What do you like best about Tuleap?

Tuleap is oriented towards agility and scaled agility. For teams experienced in agility, it allows for relevant task tracking. One can even go beyond and use Tuleap to manage projects other than IT projects, thanks to the tool's strong configuration capabilities. Finally, we like the fact that several services and plugins allow Tuleap to be interconnected with other tools such as wiki, document storage, Active Directory, etc. We have 3 versions of Tuleap: 1 version installed OnPrem on a Linux server, 1 version installed OnPrem in a containerized version, and a Cloud version hosted by the Tuleap company. The SaaS version in the cloud is obviously the simplest solution to connect. In the OnPrem versions, a bit more DevOps and Linux admin knowledge is required for the initial installation and for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuleap?

The ergonomics of the tool could be improved. The UI is good but the UX lacks fluidity. Every new user must be guided to understand how to grasp the tool, where to find information, and the little tips and tricks to know in order not to get stuck on actions that are often simple. The Docker images of Tuleap are not tagged, so reverting to a given version of the product is difficult (we end up tagging the images ourselves with the version numbers). Finally, when an action in Tuleap does not work correctly, the logs are not very informative, even for an administrator profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tuleap solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tuleap allows us to facilitate exchanges between the different stakeholder teams of the projects. Even the teams that are put off by agility understand the benefits of Tuleap. Nevertheless, this requires strong support from the internal administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Excellent and comprehensive tool”
What do you like best about Perforce ALM?

Covers multiple aspects of the development process, including requirements management, test case management, issue tracking, and source code management.

Integrates well with other tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Git, creating a more seamless workflow.Highly customizable workflows that can be tailored to the specific needs of different teams or projects.

Automated defect detection links failed tests directly to the issue-tracking system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Perforce ALM?

Helix ALM is a premium tool, and licensing costs can add up, especially for larger teams.

It may not be the best option for companies looking for budget-friendly solutions. While the tool is highly customizable, setting it up for a specific workflow can take considerable time and effort, which may be challenging for teams with limited technical resources.Although it integrates well with other tools, Helix ALM doesn't natively offer the same level of real-time collaboration features (e.g., chat or collaboration spaces) that some other project management tools do. “Robust ALM Tool for Enterprises, but Needs UX Modernization”
What do you like best about IBM Engineering Workflow Management?

BM Engineering Workflow Management (formerly RTC) offers powerful end-to-end lifecycle management. It shines in large-scale, regulated environments where traceability, process enforcement, and integration with systems like DOORS and Rhapsody are crucial. The process templates and role-based access controls are highly customizable, and the Jazz platform enables strong collaboration between devs, testers, and analysts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Engineering Workflow Management?

The UI feels outdated compared to modern Agile tools like Jira. Performance can lag when handling large repositories, especially on web clients.
