Flexible PBX That Keeps High-Volume Hotel Calls Organized

We handle a high volume of guest calls every day, and this PBX has helped us keep everything far more organized. Calls can be routed straight to reception, housekeeping, or room service, so we’re not constantly doing manual transfers. It’s also simple to tweak call flows when staffing changes, especially during peak seasons. Overall, the system feels flexible and aligns well with how hotel operations actually run.

Call Queues and Stats Dashboard Keep Our Team Organized During Peak Periods

Setting up call queues has helped us better organize incoming customer inquiries during peak order periods. Instead of overwhelming whoever happens to answer first, callers can wait in line and hear hold messages until someone is available. We also really like the call statistics dashboard, since it gives us a quick snapshot of how busy the team is during campaigns or seasonal sales.
