What I appreciated most about the interview process at Woven was its clarity and conciseness. The tasks presented were highly relevant to the job and not overly complex, and I particularly appreciated that expectations were clearly communicated at the beginning of the interview. The feedback after the evaluation was also very helpful. Instead of simply stating whether I passed or failed, they provided specific feedback on my strengths and areas for improvement. Overall, I felt it was a fair and professional process that focused on evaluating actual skills rather than trying to trick candidates with difficult questions.

Having the opportunity to study the topic beforehand, knowing what may be included in the test, and having 48 hours available makes the candidate feel more confident

I enjoyed using Woven because of the real-world problems it provides along with the IDE which supports several programming languages. It also has a notes section.
