The best thing is how everything is linked together in one place. You can add support cases, timesheets and to-dos (and can attach any of them/all of them to each other as appropriate). This makes it easy to follow any issue or new feature from beginning to end. And it makes it easier for someone other than yourself to see what you're doing, and how long it's been taking (useful for analytics).
