My favorite part about using worketc is the ability to link different mediums of a customer's profile together. Support cases, projects, notes, discussions can all be linked to the original contact's page with ease and a detailed overview. The ability to tag and send requests to notify other employees that are recorded in the customer's client file ensures that a user can easily see the historical interactions with the customer and be fully informed.

What I like best about worketc is automation. What I also like about wortketc is the fact that every department head can access the phases of a project easily and with comfort. When we lose touch with our customer base it's because we're not using worketc properly.
