Upflow is very easy to use and very intuititve. It's the best tool I've used for far to track A/R accros multiple entities and accounting systems. It allows you to standardize your process while enabling the need for localization. You are up and running in no time and can quickly see the benefits and results from the workflows. It's the perfect combination of automation and manual customization for any specific situation. It has quite a few native integrations available "out of the box" which makes the setup very smooth. In our case, we had one local accounting tool which didn't have a native integration and the team at Upflow.io worked closely with us to find a 3rd party integrator that could develop the integration. I'm also very fond on their analytics dashboard which is highly customizable and provides a lot of different insights.

I like how customers can access the portal and mark any disputes or set a 'promise to pay'. We can also set up customers with different workflows depending on their payment history so we do not use a one size fits all approach. I also like how we can customize reporting depending on our needs which saves time within our team.

I appreciate how easy it is to generate reports, whether I need a summary that covers all customers or a detailed report for a specific individual. I also find it helpful to quickly look up payments and see exactly which invoices have been paid. Additionally, being able to identify invoices that have had credit memos applied is very useful. From a reconciliation perspective, this functionality significantly reduces the time and effort required.
