Straightforward Portal That Simplifies Rent, Leases, and Tenant Communication
It makes the everyday tasks simple collecting rent, managing leases, and communicating with tenants all happen right in the portal. I rely on it almost exclusively at this point. The interface is very straightforward, which is a relief because property management can already get easy complicated. I also don’t feel like I have to keep checking things constantly, and that saves me some mental effort.

I manage a few rentals while working a full-time job, so I needed something simple. The accounting and cash flow view is probably my favorite feature. Before this I was juggling Avail, spreadsheets, and email to track rent and expenses, which got messy fast. Now I can open the dashboard and quickly see how the properties are doing. I also use it for listings, applications, tenant screening, lease e-signing, rent collection, and messaging tenants. Having everything in one place takes a lot of stress off.
