A brilliant platform for marketers that wouldn't otherwise have access to any sort of brand tracking

The price tag! You get a lot for relatively little. And it does what it says it does on the packet. Also, as the online reporting suite is essentially a SAAS product, they are consistently innovating and adding improvements.

Tracksuit understand my business needs and are constantly evolving to offer more solutions.

It's intuitive to use and share, I was self sufficient from day one, no need for extensive training. There are no limits to the number of users on our account. The new AI functions are fairly accurate at auto-generating some topline insights and analysis which is a total time saver. The account team is so responsive and always available. I can go on at any time and see live data. The CSV reports can be downloaded to integrate into my monthly reporting
