I like the ability to create custom badges and certificates to award employees. I also like that sub-admin settings allow for some flexibility in access so they aren't overwhelmed with the full admin/developer version of the Tovuti back end. It's also helpful to be able to archive learning and manage reporting, as well as adding our own SCORM content to the system. The final thing I appreciate is that we are able to offer SSO as well as an alternate login for our employees who may end up locked out of SSO due to non-compliance on state-mandated training by the deadline.
