I have been using Tovuti since the beginning of 2022 and first off, they have been an awesome partner from beginning to end. They have done some pretty amazing things to help us build a super online training presence for our dealer network and internal staff. The one thing that will stand out for anyone that decides to go with Tovuti for their LMS needs is that they have, hands-down, the best customer and technical support of any organization that I have ever dealt with. Seriously, these folks are world-class. We have thrown them some interesting challenges to deal with in our specific industry needs. They have not failed us yet! They have even made some changes to help us that opened up new opportunities for them as a company. So if I haven't exhibited this enough, they are a great partner with us in our business. They are fast on responses. They are accurate in their info shared/guidance given for resolving issues, especially if its on our end of the issue. If its something on the Tovuti side, they find and resolve issues on their end rapidly. We barely notice a hiccup in utilization.
