"I’m really happy with TotalBrokerage right now. When I create a transaction, it asks if I already have an executed form. I say yes, upload the binding contract, and it scans everything for me. Normally I would have to fill out all the tabs myself, like property address, commissions, closing day, earnest money, and all that. But now it fills everything in for me. It saves me at least 10 minutes per transaction, maybe more. I still double-check, but it’s usually accurate since it’s always the same form. I’m just so happy with that feature"

I love the user interface. Some other programs I have used had different views for buyer offers vs listings but Total Brokerage has such an ease of use UI that looks the same no matter the type of transaction. Onboarding is so easy and customizable in addition to wizard questions in order to auto populate data. Customer service is great as well and always treated me with respect with my thousand questions.

I really love the digital signature feature for documents. It really helps to streamline compliance. I also like the accounting features as well, it so easy to keep track of income and expenses. I almost forgot, the lead router is amazing and easy to set up if you have agents
