Some other programs I have used had different views for buyer offers vs listings but Total Brokerage has such an ease of use UI that looks the same no matter the type of transaction. Onboarding is so easy and customizable in addition to wizard questions in order to auto populate data. Customer service is great as well and always treated me with respect with my thousand questions. **What do you dislike about TotalBrokerage?** I wish there were options in the form templates to "align" text boxes/check boxes/signature fields/etc in order to make things look professional and uniform in an easier way. **What problems is TotalBrokerage solving and how is that benefiting you?** While I didn't use the CRM as much, they are an awesome transaction management program as well as onboarding and quick link location all in one. ### 2. When I create a transaction, it asks if I already have an executed form. I say yes, upload the binding contract, and it scans everything for me. Normally I would have to fill out all the tabs myself, like property address, commissions, closing day, earnest money, and all that. But now it fills everything in for me. It saves me at least 10 minutes per transaction, maybe more. I still double-check, but it’s usually accurate since it’s always the same form. They respond quickly when I need assistance and their platform provides the necessary tools I need to run my real estate brokerage efficiently. Overall, in comparison to some other companies that provide this type of platform, Total Brokerage was more affordable. **What do you dislike about TotalBrokerage?** I am a visual person. The visual component lacks and does not create a fun vibrant digital workspace. Functionality and ease of use is very important to me. There seems to be a lot of set-up that has to be manually done by the user and is slightly overwhelming at times. Customer Support will help you on some of the set up, which is a positive. I would like this portion to be more streamlined. I don't like the length of contract commitment, it has a negative mark for me. I feel that if you are confident in the product that you are marketing to the public, you shouldn't have to lock people in with a contract. You should be able to trust in your product knowing that people will love it so much they are going to want to stay on their own. If you are going to do agreements, I believe it should be a shorter length of time. I would like to see more functions available to the agent, such as, goal setting. Agents should be able to plug in how many closings, commission dollar amounts, time frame, etc. These milestone markers and trends will motivate them to produce. There are lot more features that small CRM companies are offering at a much lower cost. So much more. Customer support is very knowledgeable and extremely quick to respond. Built in FAQ covers practically everything. My agents love it and use it every day! In fact, there are so many options and features, I don’t even use them all! We found this and much more with TotalBrokerage. It's simple to learn, training is great, and help is a phone call, email, or click away! **What do you dislike about TotalBrokerage?** Although we love the marketing capabilities, the templates are not great. It would be great to have more templates that look more professional and a library of photos to use. Some nicely written draft copy for very general topics would be fantastic. But, even without these things, TotalBrokerage is still the best. **What problems is TotalBrokerage solving and how is that benefiting you?** TotalBrokerage solves all of our database, marketing, and transaction problems. This is an all-in-one solution for us. There are huge brokerages that don't have this capability. We are super proud to be a small brokerage with amazing technology that will grow with us as we grow.
