Simple Connectwise Manage Integration Makes Scheduling Easy

Integration with Connectwise Manage was very simple and gives multiple options for clients to schedule tickets at their convenience. It saves a lot of time going back and forth just to find the right time to connect.

Streamlined Scheduling, but Pricey for Large Teams

I find TimeZest very easy to use, especially when creating a shareable link that provides the end-user with a calendar showing available slots. It's also really easy to set up conditions for how the availability of a calendar will be arranged, with duration and spacing between appointments. The sync feature with Google or Microsoft calendars is another big plus, as it allows work appointments to automatically be blocked off in the calendar.

TimeZest leaves the scheduling up to the client. As long as your calendar is booked properly, the client will be able to request what time works best for them at the parameters you set
