I’ve used Tenjin for several years, and it has been a reliable MMP throughout that time. The customer support is excellent, and whenever questions or technical issues come up, someone has been able to provide quick and helpful guidance. The interface is clean and intuitive. Like any analytics platform, there is a learning curve, but it is reasonable, and the core workflows become easy to navigate. Being able to track organic and paid installs in one dashboard makes it much easier to measure LTV and ROI accurately. Tenjin also integrates with multiple ad networks, and tracking has been consistently reliable, with very few attribution or data issues. Compared with other MMPs, Tenjin is reasonably priced and offers a generous free tier. The free tier influenced my initial decision to use the platform, and the paid plan has continued to provide great value.
