Integration Team Was Awful
The initial calls were incredible, and we really loved the idea of what the product could do. However, our integration team was unresponsive and unhelpful, and they blamed our company for not understanding topics they weren’t teaching us.

I find TimeClock Plus by TCP really useful for managing time and attendance tracking. It efficiently handles multiple locations, allowing managers to approve time before payroll, which is convenient. I also love the great reporting features that make it easy to follow hours and punches, and pulling reports simplifies entering hours worked into our payroll system, saving us time.

Effortless Scheduling and Team Excelentoordination
I find Humanity Schedule by TCP easy to clock in and out, which is really convenient. I also appreciate how it helps with working as a team by making it simple to read schedules and get messages for work. The setup was straightforward; I just downloaded the app from the Play Store. If I had questions, someone from TCP would help me out, which makes me feel supported.
