In my recent interaction with Jack, he demonstrated all of the desirable skills for someone in a customer facing role. He was patient, persistent and dedicated to assisting me and our mutual client. He provided a solution to the customer query and was a pleasure to work with. I can't speak highly enough of him.

The account setup and resources available are really useful. The information provided was clear and direct and really helped with the setup process. The support that we have received has been second to none! Migration from our old software was done in around 10 days, we are filly integrated now and there was no downtime at all. We use the software 7 days a week in a call centre environment and Talkative is really fit for purpose. There are so many features, some we have not discovered yet, but the ones I have discovered have made the platform really easy to use.
