I like how customizable Talkative is and that all changes can be done within the Talkative platform without having to use any other systems. I appreciate being able to change the positioning of the widget and welcome cards, and set up chat bots to be the first responder, which provides our agents with more information to support the user. I also find the support team to be great; Jack is an asset to the team and goes above and beyond to create helpful guides on how I can make the changes I need myself.
